3 Types of Dentures at Daley Street Dental

- Complete Dentures: Complete dentures are used when all teeth are lost in an arch. The teeth are custom coloured and sit on a gum-coloured base. The prosthetic fits over the upper and/or lower jaw and uses suction and bone ridges for support.
- Partial Dentures: Partial dentures are similar to complete dentures, but the custom prosthetics only fill in where teeth are missing. They use clips and healthy remaining teeth for stability.
- Implant Dentures: Implant dentures rely on four or more implant posts per arch to secure the denture to the jaw. Implants mean the prosthetic will never shift or slip. It will not require relines or adhesives.
