This patient had crowns done at various times over the previous 30 years there was no overall thought towards creating a smile that best suited the facial aesthetics and profile of the patient. Over time the gums receded and exposed the metal copings of the crowns and dark stained roots which were subsequently patched with fillings to mask the darker root shades. We replaced the old porcelain fused to metal crowns with ceramic crowns, bridges and dental implants using digital smile design technology to create the perfect smile. All treatment except crown inserts was achieved under general anesthetic.
