Smile Gallery: Dental Implants

This lady suffered from grinding and tooth wear wanted to get the perfect smile she once had.  We designed her smile using digital smile design technology and restored her smile with Porcelain crowns and veneers on every tooth. In this case we needed to involve every tooth as the wear had made the distance between her nose and chin get smaller and her mouth over closed so we needed to open her bite and restore the original distance she would have had prior to the wear. 

A dental implant was used to replace a central incisor.  the implant was placed at the same time as the failed tooth was extracted and restored 3 months later with a porcelain crown on a custom milled titanium abutment.
